Komal, she is an intelligent, hard working girl lives in lucknow she completed her intermediate from lalbagh girls collage, graduate from Lucknow University B.A in economics. Now join MJMC.

Saurabh :- why you join MJMC from lucknow university?
Komal :- this is the one of best state university in lucknow, with the great fee structure, and i heard about teachers they had good teaching skill's especially Dr. Mukul srivastava

Saurabh :- Assuming that you are selected, what will be your strategy for next 60 days?
Komal :- If I am selected for this position, I’ll use my initial 60 days in understanding my role carefully in terms of the contribution to the business and increasing the overall profit. I’ll sit with my seniors and other juniors to understand what has already been done and what its impact has been.

Saurabh :- Don’t you think, you are overqualified for this position?
Komal :- You might feel that I possess more degrees than you require for this position. But, I believe that I grow everyday when I tal
k to my staff, customers and superiors. So, basically the learning process continues through out the life – I don’t think I am over qualified.

Saurabh :- What are your weaknesses?
Komal :- I feel my weakness is not being detail oriented enough.  I'm a person that wants to accomplish as much as possible.  I realized this hurts the quality and I'm currently working on finding a balance between quantity and quality.

Saurabh :- What does success mean to you?
Komal :- Success means to achieve a goal I have set for myself.

Saurabh :- How has your college experience prepared you for a business career?
Komal :- I have prepared myself to transition into the the work force through real world experience involving travel abroad, internship, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
